By accessing or using vaultroom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
vaultroom provides a virtual data room platform that enables users to securely store, share, and analyze confidential documents. The Service includes document storage with encryption, visitor analytics, access controls, and audit logging.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you share through the Service are done so in compliance with all applicable laws and contractual obligations. vaultroom is not responsible for the content of documents shared through the Service.
You retain all rights to the documents you upload to the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your documents. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to store and display them solely for providing the Service.
vaultroom offers subscription plans for access to the Service. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your selected plan) and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to that payment method. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it through your account settings before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPERMARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which vaultroom is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
