  • Security violations: Upload files containing viruses, malware, ransomware, or any code designed to harm systems; attempt to scan, probe, or test the security of other systems; attempt unauthorized access to any data room.
  • Spam or prohibited communications: Use the service to send spam, chain letters, or any form of unsolicited communication.
  • Deception and fraud: Create data rooms designed to deceive visitors or obtain sensitive information through fraudulent means; use the service for phishing or any fraudulent purpose.
  • Harassment and abuse: Use the service to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any individual or group; use the service in a manner that disrupts the experience of other users or overloads our infrastructure.

3. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Removal of prohibited content
  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Civil or criminal liability
