- Make a purchase (processed securely by Waffo or Creem - we never store payment details)

When visitors access your shared documents, we collect their email address, access times, and document interaction data (pages viewed, time spent) solely for analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our virtual data room service
- To process payments through our payment provider (Waffo or Creem)
- To send service-related communications (account verification, password reset)
- To provide visitor analytics (which pages were viewed, time spent)
- To detect and prevent abuse of our platform
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Document Data
All documents uploaded to vaultroom are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell, share, or use your documents for any purpose other than providing the service. Only you and visitors you explicitly invite can access your documents.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Waffo / Creem - Our payment processor and Merchant of Record (transaction data)
- Service providers - Email delivery, hosting infrastructure
- Legal authorities - When required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Personal data: removed or anonymized within 30 days
- Documents: permanently deleted within 30 days
- Transactional records: retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and tax compliance
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

8. Data Processing Agreement
